Accommodation facilities

Our accommodations are equipped with the following white goods and accessories:

  • Washing machine (with the exception of de Swarte Prinsch and Meinnoar Ien)
  • Dishwasher (with the exception of de Swarte Prinsch)
  • Refrigerator
  • Kettle
  • Senseo
  • Oven (with the exception of de Swarte Prinsch)
  • Microwave (with the exception of de Swarte Prinsch)
  • Toaster
  • Hand blender
  • Hair dryer
  • Basic stock coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil, etc.
  • Free WiFi

 

Payment and cancellation terms

The following payment and cancellation conditions apply to all our accommodations:

  • After booking confirmation a deposit of 50% or the payment of the entire amount
  • Payment no later than 30 days before check-in date
  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in date (the payment is refunded)
  • If canceled from 30 days to 14 days before check-in date, 50% of the total amount
    (the excess amount paid will be refunded)
  • If canceled from 14 days before check-in date no refund

We would like to draw your attention to a travel insurance policy.

 

Definition of booking seasons

The booking seasons are defined as follows:

  • Low season: November to March, excluding holidays
  • Mid season: April to June, October, excluding holidays
  • Holidays: Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year
  • High season: July to September
  • Vacations: summer vacation, autumn vacation, May vacationand Christmas vacation

 

Miscellaneous information

Pets are NOT allowed in all accommodations.
Breakfast can be ordered in all accommodations for € 17.50 per person per day (with the exception of the Swarte Prinsch).

 

Protection of personal data

I take the privacy of personal data very seriously. I will not sell and / or provide your personal details to third parties. I collect the information I ask you to fill in when you apply for an overnight stay in one of the accommodations. I only process the data that you provide to me. I only use your personal data for the purpose for which you have provided them and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and the Telecommunications Act.
